expanding markets for a historic brand
For over a century, Harvest Road’s iconic Western Australian beef brand, Harvey Beef, has consistently delivered the highest quality West Australian beef. Recently, we embarked on a project to create a new pinnacle beef brand within their portfolio. This brand tier, aptly named “Best,” features the F1 Wagyu program, offering a range of marble scores exclusively to selected specialty food service and retail partners.
Our expertise came into play across various aspects of the project, including brand naming, identity design, brand guidelines, packaging, advertising, and artwork production.
In collaboration, we birthed the brand name West Rivers™. This name draws inspiration from Western Australia’s breathtaking network of rivers that crisscross the state, nurturing pristine agricultural land. Harvest Road’s farming footprint aligns harmoniously with these iconic river systems.
The brand logo, with its robust architectural framework, encapsulates the essence of Western Australia’s stunning coastline and rivers. These natural features serve as the backdrop for the experienced and passionate farmers who raise a select herd of Wagyu cattle featured within the branding. The logo’s typeface was meticulously crafted, resulting in a unique wordmark and lettering icon.
